All About Me
Hi! My name is Shyamali Silva. I was born and raised in Sri Lanka. In 1997, I immigrated to the US with my family. My career as a Montessori teacher began in the same year at a Montessori Education Center in Anaheim.
I received my early childhood development education at the International Montessori Institute in 1998. I completed my Director for Young Children Education at Fullerton College in 2003. As a dedicated Montessori teacher and director, I opened a Montessori school in Dana Point in 2003.
In 2019 I decided to sell my Montessori school and open an in-home daycare. Love & Care Daycare was born to give your precious little ones a home environment where they could freely learn, play, build friendships, and be happy as if they were in their own home.
